Job Description
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Homemakers to assist clients with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized living environment. Homemakers play a crucial role in supporting individuals’ daily routines by ensuring their homes remain comfortable and functional.
Responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry.
- Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Organize living spaces to promote a tidy and comfortable environment.
- Help clients with household errands, such as mailing letters or picking up prescriptions.
- Maintain a clean kitchen by washing dishes, wiping surfaces, and organizing pantry items.
- Ensure all household supplies are stocked and replenished when needed.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
- Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients by providing friendly service and companionship.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in housekeeping, caregiving, or similar roles (preferred but not required).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A respectful and compassionate attitude toward clients.
