Job Description
We are seeking warm and engaging Companions to provide emotional support and social interaction for clients in their homes. As a Companion, you will help improve the quality of life for clients by offering company and assistance with daily activities, creating a safe and comforting environment.
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship through meaningful conversations, shared activities, and active listening.
- Assist clients with light daily tasks, such as organizing, meal planning, or errands.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, or other events.
- Encourage and support clients’ hobbies and interests, such as reading, playing games, or gardening.
- Monitor clients’ well-being and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Provide emotional reassurance and support to help reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
- Respect clients’ boundaries, privacy, and preferences always.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or companion roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Schedule
Flexible hours based on clients’ needs, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
